A long project-based process

This building permit represents the culmination of a long project-based process initiated when the Municipality of Vandoeuvres was developing its Municipal Master Plan. We were thus able to integrate the communal options into our project, particularly with regard to the densification of the villa area, since the municipality was the pilot municipality on this topic. Unfortunately, as is often the case when a neighbourhood is called upon to evolve or densify, there were some strong reactions within the neighbourhood. Time will hopefully play its role in support of a project that is environmentally friendly and exemplary in terms of energy.
